Don’t have time, or know how to eat or cook healthily? This class is designed to give the busy American lifestyle some excellent, extremely easy cooking and eating tips. Not only that, but after you learn how to prepare 3 or 4 dishes, you’ll get to eat every one! And not just a little spoonful-All of our Cooking class students say that they usually leave full and satisfied! AND during the food preparation times, we always serve fragrant Chinese tea and Chinese bread on the house!
ALL classes are geared toward giving The Athlete or anyone interested in healthier eating, a balanced, highly nutritious meal plan. We will be covering protein dishes and vitamin needs for both the Vegetarian and the Non-vegetarian!

JUNE class : Learn to make Zucchini pancakes (no, seriously, these are yummy) The Gold Summit super-fast organic Bean Chili dish, learn some more about Chinese 5 element cooking and more!.
