Sash testing is often a grueling and challenging experience for our sash candidates. When friends and family members observe, it often gives them new found respect for the Kung Fu training and for the person that they are observing. It also gives everyone the opportunity to support each other, and to learn about The Institute and it's philosophy and approach to traditional Martial Arts training.
